GR-109. Etapa 23. Corias-Besullo
A power-hike climb above Cangas del Narcea in Asturies. The hardest 500 metres average 22.8% and start 2.2 km in, in the middle of the climb, so pace the first part. Northwest-facing, so it stays cool until late in the day. Most runners need 35 to 60 minutes. At 7.0 TEP it is harder than 66% of the climbs in the catalogue. The path is graded easy hiking: the effort is in your lungs, not your footing.
