Camí Vell de la Mar

A short, power-hike climb above Jávea in Comunitat Valenciana. The hardest 500 metres average 23.7% and start 449 m in, in the middle of the climb, so pace the first part. South-facing, so it bakes in summer: go early. Most runners need 11 to 18 minutes. At 2.7 TEP it sits in the easier half of the catalogue. On the SAC scale it is mountain hiking, with uneven ground that asks for some care.
