Champlönch
A short, power-hike climb above Zernez in Graubünden. The hardest 500 metres average 24.6% and start 355 m in, in the middle of the climb, so pace the first part. Southwest-facing: it gets the afternoon heat and clears of snow early. Most runners need 12 to 20 minutes. At 3.2 TEP it sits in the easier half of the catalogue. On the SAC scale it is mountain hiking, with uneven ground that asks for some care.
