Hamilton Mesa Trail (249)

A long, mostly runnable climb in New Mexico. The hardest 500 metres average 18.0% and start 2.4 km in, in the middle of the climb, so pace the first part. Facing southwest, it takes the afternoon heat and melts out early in the year. Most runners need 51 to 85 minutes. Its 2.3 TEP puts it in the easier half of the catalogue.
