Timber Peak Trail
Timber Peak Trail is a short, power-hike climb in New Mexico. On the SAC scale it is mountain hiking, with uneven ground that asks for some care. Its steepest 500 metres run at 26.0% and come almost at once, before your legs have settled. At 2.9 TEP it sits in the easier half of the catalogue. Expect 13 to 21 minutes. South-facing, so it is hot in summer and one of the first to clear of snow.
