GR-11. Etapa 17. Parzán-Refugio de Biadós
A short, power-hike climb above Gistaín in Aragón. The hardest 500 metres average 23.1% and start 775 m in, in the middle of the climb, so pace the first part. Southwest-facing: it gets the afternoon heat and clears of snow early. Most runners need 13 to 22 minutes. At 2.2 TEP it sits in the easier half of the catalogue. On the SAC scale it is mountain hiking, with uneven ground that asks for some care.
