Horseshoe Mountain Trail
A power-hike climb in Montana. The hardest 500 metres average 19.5% and start 281 m in, in the middle of the climb, so pace the first part. North-facing, so it holds shade and snow longer than the sunny side of the valley. Most runners need 16 to 27 minutes. At 3.5 TEP it sits in the easier half of the catalogue. Mostly on trail.
