West Lakes Trail

A run-hike climb in Montana. The hardest 500 metres average 16.8% and come almost at once, before your legs have settled. Expect 24 to 40 minutes. Its 2.1 TEP puts it in the easier half of the catalogue. It faces south: warm in summer, and often clear of snow when the slopes around it are not. Mostly on trail.
