Al Stradón

A short, power-hike climb above Bignasco in Ticino. The hardest 500 metres average 22.3% and start 366 m in, in the middle of the climb, so pace the first part. Facing northeast, it gets the morning sun and is shaded after that. Most runners need 14 to 24 minutes. Its 3.6 TEP puts it in the easier half of the catalogue. Mostly on trail.
