Schwende-Rüte S climb

A short, power-hike climb above Schwende-Rüte in Appenzell Innerrhoden. The hardest 500 metres average 24.4% and start 752 m in, in the middle of the climb, so pace the first part. It faces south: warm in summer, and often clear of snow when the slopes around it are not. Most runners need 16 to 28 minutes. With 4.4 TEP it lands near the middle of the catalogue.
