Chemin de Cli
A power-hike climb above Verbier in Valais. The hardest 500 metres average 18.7% and start 999 m in, in the middle of the climb, so pace the first part. Facing southeast, it catches the morning sun and loses its snow earlier than most. Most runners need 15 to 26 minutes. Its 3.1 TEP puts it in the easier half of the catalogue. Graded as a hiking trail, so fitness matters more than footing.
