De la Roque au Cheval du Roi
A short, power-hike climb above La Salvetat-Peyralès in Occitanie. The hardest 500 metres average 20.9% and start 191 m in, in the middle of the climb, so pace the first part. It faces south and gets hot in summer, so an early start helps. Most runners need 13 to 22 minutes. Its 2.5 TEP puts it in the easier half of the catalogue.
