Casner Mountain

A power-hike climb in Arizona. The hardest 500 metres average 20.0% and start 1.5 km in, in the middle of the climb, so pace the first part. It faces south: warm in summer, and often clear of snow when the slopes around it are not. Most runners need 42 to 70 minutes. At 7.5 TEP it is harder than 69% of the climbs in the catalogue. Mostly on trail.
