Cascade Brook Trail

A power-hike climb above Lincoln in New Hampshire. The hardest 500 metres average 25.5% and start 1.8 km in, in the middle of the climb, so pace the first part. It faces east: sun early, shade after lunch. Most runners need 30 to 50 minutes. With 6.0 TEP it lands near the middle of the catalogue. Graded mountain hiking: rougher ground where footing starts to matter.
