A short, power-hike climb above La Côte-d'Arbroz in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. The hardest 500 metres average 23.6% and start 420 m in, in the middle of the climb, so pace the first part. It faces south: warm in summer, and often clear of snow when the slopes around it are not. Most runners need 10 to 16 minutes. Its 2.7 TEP puts it in the easier half of the catalogue.
