Alpe Revolte - Passo Pozzaiolo
A short, very steep climb above Ponte Capriasca in Ticino. The hardest 500 metres average 26.1% and come almost at once, before your legs have settled. Expect 10 to 16 minutes. At 4.2 TEP it sits around the middle of the catalogue. South-facing, so it is hot in summer and one of the first to clear of snow. On the SAC scale it is mountain hiking, with uneven ground that asks for some care. The nearest named summit, Monte Segor at 2,097 m, is 747 m away.
