A short, very steep climb in Hawke's Bay. The hardest 500 metres average 26.5% and come almost at once, before your legs have settled. Expect 10 to 17 minutes. At 3.1 TEP it sits in the easier half of the catalogue. Southwest-facing: it takes the full afternoon heat. Mostly on trail.
