Espinama
Espinama is a long, run-hike climb above Camaleño in Cantabria. With 5.5 TEP it lands near the middle of the catalogue. Its steepest 500 metres run at 17.5% and start 1.4 km in, in the middle of the climb, so pace the first part. Most runners need 48 to 81 minutes. Graded mountain hiking: rougher ground where footing starts to matter. It faces south: warm in summer, and often clear of snow when the slopes around it are not.
