A short, very steep climb above Schänis in St. Gallen. The hardest 500 metres average 33.3% and come almost at once, before your legs have settled. Expect 23 to 40 minutes. At 13.0 TEP it is harder than 86% of the climbs in the catalogue. South-facing, so it is hot in summer and one of the first to clear of snow. On the SAC scale it is mountain hiking, with uneven ground that asks for some care.
