Black Powder Pass Trail

A short, power-hike climb in Colorado. The hardest 500 metres average 19.0% and start 446 m in, in the middle of the climb, so pace the first part. Southwest-facing: it gets the afternoon heat and clears of snow early. Most runners need 13 to 23 minutes. At 3.0 TEP it sits in the easier half of the catalogue. Mostly on trail.
