Chemin de la Moille Ronde
A short, power-hike climb above Les Diablerets in Vaud. The hardest 500 metres average 22.0% and start 198 m in, in the middle of the climb, so pace the first part. Facing southeast, it catches the morning sun and loses its snow earlier than most. Most runners need 11 to 18 minutes. Its 2.8 TEP puts it in the easier half of the catalogue. Graded as a hiking trail, so fitness matters more than footing.
