Horse Camp Trail (Sisson's Trail)
A run-hike climb in California. The hardest 500 metres average 18.3% and come almost at once, before your legs have settled. Expect 15 to 25 minutes. Its 2.4 TEP puts it in the easier half of the catalogue. Facing southwest, it takes the afternoon heat and melts out early in the year. Graded mountain hiking: rougher ground where footing starts to matter.
