Cascade Link
Cascade Link is a short, power-hike climb above Jaffrey in New Hampshire. The path is graded easy hiking: the effort is in your lungs, not your footing. Its steepest 500 metres run at 17.5% and come almost at once, before your legs have settled. At 2.0 TEP it sits in the easier half of the catalogue. Expect 10 to 17 minutes. South-facing, so it bakes in summer: go early.
