Gorge de Badarel
A short, power-hike climb above Taillades in Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur. The hardest 500 metres average 28.4% and start 767 m in, in the middle of the climb, so pace the first part. Northwest-facing, so it stays cool until late in the day. Most runners need 15 to 26 minutes. At 3.6 TEP it sits in the easier half of the catalogue. It is graded demanding mountain hiking: expect sections where you watch every step.
