JA-runden
JA-runden is a short, power-hike climb above Sør-Odal in Innlandet. Mostly on gravel and farm tracks. Its steepest 500 metres run at 21.5% and come almost at once, before your legs have settled. Its 2.1 TEP puts it in the easier half of the catalogue. Expect 8 to 13 minutes. The nearest named summit, Varden (Spiksetvarden) at 435 m, is 239 m away. It faces south and gets hot in summer, so an early start helps.
