Jela

Jela is a short, power-hike climb above Tschappina in Graubünden. On the SAC scale it is mountain hiking, with uneven ground that asks for some care. Its steepest 500 metres run at 17.4% and come almost at once, before your legs have settled. At 2.2 TEP it sits in the easier half of the catalogue. Expect 12 to 20 minutes. Southeast-facing, so it takes the morning sun and clears of snow earlier in spring.
