Alp Samada

A power-hike climb above Ausserferrera in Graubünden. The hardest 500 metres average 21.5% and start 913 m in, in the middle of the climb, so pace the first part. It faces north: the shady side, where snow stays longest. Most runners need 20 to 34 minutes. Its 3.8 TEP puts it in the easier half of the catalogue.
