This long, run-hike climb rises in Washington. Expect 57 to 95 minutes. The hardest 500 metres average 24.6% and start 5.8 km in, so the worst of it lands when you are already committed. North-facing, so it holds shade and snow longer than the sunny side of the valley. At 6.0 TEP it sits around the middle of the catalogue. It is graded demanding mountain hiking: expect sections where you watch every step.
