A short, very steep climb above Les Valettes in Valais. The hardest 500 metres average 24.9% and come almost at once, before your legs have settled. Expect 15 to 26 minutes. At 5.0 TEP it sits around the middle of the catalogue. North-facing, so it stays in shade and is the cooler choice on a hot day. On the SAC scale it is mountain hiking, with uneven ground that asks for some care.
