A short, power-hike climb above Vielle-Aure in Occitanie. The hardest 500 metres average 21.3% and start 500 m in, in the middle of the climb, so pace the first part. Southwest-facing: it takes the full afternoon heat. Most runners need 12 to 20 minutes. At 3.4 TEP it sits in the easier half of the catalogue. On the SAC scale it is mountain hiking, with uneven ground that asks for some care.
