A long, mostly runnable climb above Crots in Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur. The hardest 500 metres average 20.3% and start 2.2 km in, in the middle of the climb, so pace the first part. North-facing, so it holds shade and snow longer than the sunny side of the valley. Most runners need 43 to 72 minutes. At 3.1 TEP it sits in the easier half of the catalogue.
