Taglio diretto

A power-hike climb above Aprica in Lombardia. The hardest 500 metres average 33.1% and start 1.3 km in, in the middle of the climb, so pace the first part. South-facing, so it is hot in summer and one of the first to clear of snow. Most runners need 27 to 45 minutes. At 7.0 TEP it is harder than 66% of the climbs in the catalogue. It is graded demanding mountain hiking: expect sections where you watch every step.
