Lårdalstigen
A short, very steep climb above Dalen in Telemark. The hardest 500 metres average 25.8% and come almost at once, before your legs have settled. Expect 9 to 15 minutes. At 3.3 TEP it sits in the easier half of the catalogue. West-facing: shaded in the morning, in the sun through the afternoon. On the SAC scale it is mountain hiking, with uneven ground that asks for some care.
