St. Antönier Jochweg

A short, very steep climb above Luzein in Graubünden. The hardest 500 metres average 28.9% and come almost at once, before your legs have settled. Expect 17 to 29 minutes. At 5.5 TEP it sits around the middle of the catalogue. South-facing, so it is hot in summer and one of the first to clear of snow. It is graded demanding mountain hiking: expect sections where you watch every step. The nearest named summit, Riedkopf at 2,551 m, is 822 m away.
