Cataract Gulch Trail
This short, very steep climb rises in Colorado. Expect 13 to 23 minutes. The hardest 500 metres average 32.5% and start 724 m in, so the worst of it lands when you are already committed. It faces north: the shady side, where snow stays longest. With 4.2 TEP it lands near the middle of the catalogue. Mostly on trail. It is part of the Hardrock 100 course.
