Horse-Shoe Trail

A short, power-hike climb above Elizabeth Township in Pennsylvania. The hardest 500 metres average 20.6% and start 480 m in, in the middle of the climb, so pace the first part. Southeast-facing, so it warms up early in the day. Most runners need 10 to 16 minutes. At 2.4 TEP it sits in the easier half of the catalogue. Mostly on trail.
