A power-hike climb above Carrega Ligure in Piemonte. The hardest 500 metres average 21.9% and start 1.2 km in, in the middle of the climb, so pace the first part. It faces south: warm in summer, and often clear of snow when the slopes around it are not. Most runners need 18 to 30 minutes. With 4.1 TEP it lands near the middle of the catalogue. Graded as a hiking trail, so fitness matters more than footing. The nearest named summit, Monte Carmo at 1,642 m, is 507 m away.
