Lisengrat

Lisengrat is a power-hike climb above Wildhaus-Alt St. Johann in St. Gallen. It is graded demanding mountain hiking: expect sections where you watch every step. Its steepest 500 metres run at 29.7% and come almost at once, before your legs have settled. At 3.3 TEP it sits in the easier half of the catalogue. Expect 16 to 27 minutes. East-facing, so it takes the morning sun and is in shade by the afternoon.
