Route de Crêta d'Asse

A short, very steep climb above Mollens (VS) in Valais. The hardest 500 metres average 22.3% and come almost at once, before your legs have settled. Expect 12 to 21 minutes. With 3.9 TEP it lands near the middle of the catalogue. It faces south: warm in summer, and often clear of snow when the slopes around it are not. Graded as a hiking trail, so fitness matters more than footing.
