Schattwald NE climb

A power-hike climb above Schattwald in Tirol. The hardest 500 metres average 20.4% and start 308 m in, in the middle of the climb, so pace the first part. Facing northeast, it loses the sun before midday and keeps its snow into spring. Most runners need 15 to 25 minutes. Its 2.4 TEP puts it in the easier half of the catalogue. Graded as a hiking trail, so fitness matters more than footing.
