Erlerberg

A long, mostly runnable climb above Erl in Tirol. The hardest 500 metres average 13.4% and start 4.8 km in, in the middle of the climb, so pace the first part. Southwest-facing: it takes the full afternoon heat. Most runners need 55 to 92 minutes. At 2.1 TEP it sits in the easier half of the catalogue. The path is graded easy hiking: the effort is in your lungs, not your footing.
