Stubaier Höhenweg

Stubaier Höhenweg is a short, power-hike climb above Gschnitz in Tirol. It is graded demanding mountain hiking: expect sections where you watch every step. Its steepest 500 metres run at 24.9% and come almost at once, before your legs have settled. At 2.3 TEP it sits in the easier half of the catalogue. Expect 10 to 16 minutes. North-facing, so it holds shade and snow longer than the sunny side of the valley.
