Route de Cray
A short, very steep climb above Rossinière in Vaud. The hardest 500 metres average 23.9% and come almost at once, before your legs have settled. Expect 13 to 22 minutes. At 4.8 TEP it sits around the middle of the catalogue. South-facing, so it is hot in summer and one of the first to clear of snow. On the SAC scale it is mountain hiking, with uneven ground that asks for some care.
