Mitte

Mitte is a run-hike climb above Tenna in Graubünden. Its 3.7 TEP puts it in the easier half of the catalogue. Its steepest 500 metres run at 19.2% and start 1.2 km in, in the middle of the climb, so pace the first part. Most runners need 26 to 43 minutes. Graded demanding mountain hiking, meaning footing matters more than fitness in places. It faces south: warm in summer, and often clear of snow when the slopes around it are not.
