A short, power-hike climb above Lenk in Bern. The hardest 500 metres average 23.1% and start 334 m in, in the middle of the climb, so pace the first part. North-facing, so it holds shade and snow longer than the sunny side of the valley. Most runners need 9 to 16 minutes. At 2.5 TEP it sits in the easier half of the catalogue. It is graded demanding mountain hiking: expect sections where you watch every step.
