A short, power-hike climb above Lungern in Obwalden. The hardest 500 metres average 21.5% and start 308 m in, in the middle of the climb, so pace the first part. It faces west: cool in the morning, sunny and warm from midday. Most runners need 9 to 15 minutes. Its 2.6 TEP puts it in the easier half of the catalogue. Graded as a hiking trail, so fitness matters more than footing.
