Via Nalps

A short, power-hike climb above Rueras in Graubünden. The hardest 500 metres average 21.8% and start 737 m in, in the middle of the climb, so pace the first part. North-facing, so it holds shade and snow longer than the sunny side of the valley. Most runners need 15 to 25 minutes. At 3.9 TEP it sits around the middle of the catalogue. On the SAC scale it is mountain hiking, with uneven ground that asks for some care.
