Erzhorn-Südostgrat (T5)
This very steep climb rises above Albula in Graubünden. Expect 30 to 51 minutes. The hardest 500 metres average 27.6% and start 2.0 km in, so the worst of it lands when you are already committed. Southeast-facing, so it takes the morning sun and clears of snow earlier in spring. The nearest named summit, Piz Culmet at 2,652 m, is 329 m away. At 11.0 TEP it is harder than 81% of the climbs in the catalogue. It is graded demanding alpine hiking: exposed scrambling, where a fall would be serious.
