Scharnitz SW climb

A very steep climb above Scharnitz in Tirol. At 50.0 TEP it is harder than almost every climb in the catalogue. Its steepest 500 metres run at 49.3% and start 2.4 km in, in the middle of the climb, so pace the first part. Most runners need 80 to 135 minutes. It is graded demanding alpine hiking: exposed scrambling, where a fall would be serious. Southwest-facing: it gets the afternoon heat and clears of snow early.
