Via Alpsu

A power-hike climb above Rueras in Graubünden. The hardest 500 metres average 16.9% and start 425 m in, in the middle of the climb, so pace the first part. East-facing, so it takes the morning sun and is in shade by the afternoon. Most runners need 15 to 25 minutes. At 2.6 TEP it sits in the easier half of the catalogue. The path is graded easy hiking: the effort is in your lungs, not your footing.
